By creating an account, signing in, or making a booking on Atlantis Stays, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law to use our services. By using Atlantis Stays, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information including your full name, email address, and phone number
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is required at the time of booking; no partial payments are accepted
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email upon successful payment

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or booking
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Atlantis Stays or its servers

All content on Atlantis Stays — including villa descriptions, images, logos, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Atlantis Stays. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Atlantis Stays operates as a booking platform and intermediary between guests and villa owners. While we take care to vet our properties, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from your stay beyond what is legally required. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total booking value paid.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.

Atlantis Stays ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using our platform you consent to the practices described herein.

We collect the following personal information when you use Atlantis Stays:

• Identity data: Full name provided during account registration
• Contact data: Email address and mobile phone number
• Payment data: Transaction references and booking amounts (card/UPI details are processed directly by Razorpay and not stored by us)
• Booking data: Villa selections, check-in/check-out dates, guest counts, and special requests
• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and device/browser information for platform improvement

• Process, confirm, and manage your villa bookings
• Send booking confirmations, updates, and important service communications to your email and phone
• Create and manage your user account
• Respond to customer support queries
• Improve our platform, services, and user experience
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law

All payments on Atlantis Stays are processed by Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway regulated under applicable RBI guidelines. We do not store, process, or have access to your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Villa owners/managers: Booking details (name, dates, guest count) needed to prepare your stay
• Payment processors: Razorpay, solely for processing transactions
• Service providers: Email delivery and platform infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities: When required by Indian law or a valid court order

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google as permitted by you during the OAuth flow. We use this information solely to create and manage your Atlantis Stays account. We do not access your Google contacts, drive, or other Google services.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
• Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Indian tax and accounting regulations
• Upon account deletion, personal data not required for legal compliance is removed within 30 days

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to sign in and use the platform.

You have the right to:
